Today Bective welcomed Donaghmore Ashbourne in their 1st round Kepak Junior D championship clash. A bright start by both sides with Donaghmore Ashbourne taking control with 2 early goals and making the best of playing with the wind finished up 5 points ahead at half time. Bective battled back impressively in the second half but eventually came up short by 2 points. A sporting game with an exciting climax, well done to both teams and congratulations to Donaghmore Ashbourne.
