Thursday 9th May – Our club woke today to the tragic and devastating news of the sudden and unexpected passing of one of our own, Greg Hogge.
Greg was a dedicated player for Bective GFC from underage right through to the adult ranks and captain of our current B League team. He was a committed and dedicated player on the field and a gentleman off the field. Greg was a very popular member of our club and will be sadly missed.
On behalf of everyone in Bective GFC we express our deepest sympathy toGreg’s family, his father Pat, mother Jean, brothers Shane, Brian and Stephen, his sisters sisters Ciara and Sinead, his girlfriend Aisling, his wider circle of family and to all his team mates and friends.
Funeral Arrangements:
Reposing at his home from 2pm to 8pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Removal on Monday morning at 9:15am to arrive in St. Mary’s Church, Navan for Funeral Mass at 10am. Burial afterwards in Cannistown Cemetery.
